PAYMENTS AND ORDERING

1. 1. The minimum order for the darcy brown collection is £750 and books close on the 16th september 2011.
2. 2. All accounts will be credit checked, and payments are to be made payable to: Bibby factors bristol ltd as invoice financier. (please write the full title). Credit card payments are accepted though a 2% charge will be added.
3. 3. All new accounts that obtain a credit limit will be required to pay a 25% deposit.
4. 4. All new accounts that do not obtain a credit limit will be required to pay proforma.
5. 5. All deposits need to be made payable to firehorse (clothing) ltd and received no later than 2 weeks after placing the order, otherwise the order will not be processed. Credit card payments are accepted though a 2% charge will be added.
6. 6. All existing accounts have strictly 30 days credit. Any late payments could cause loss of insurance.
7. 7. Any accounts paying after 60 days will be subject to a £10 per day extra cost, plus any legal costs incurred.
8. 8. If at any point during the order process, an existing account loses their credit limit, then all invoices will revert to a proforma basis, until their credit rating is restored.
9. 9. All ss12 order cancellations are to be given in writing before 16th september 2011, a 40% cancellation charge will be charged thereafter.
10. 10. It is your responsibility to check the order confirmation once received, and inform us of any changes to be made before 16th september 2011.
11. 11. All unpaid accounts will be legally pursued through the courts by our debt recovery agency.

DELIVERIES

1. 1. Our delivery commitment for ss12 is to fulfil deliveries by the end of april 2012.
2. 2. All goods remain the property of firehorse (clothing) ltd until payment is received in full.
3. 3. Orders may be dispatched in separate deliveries.
4. 4. Original orders are delivered free of charge excluding countries outside of the uk.
5. 5. The minimum re-order level is £50.
6. 6. Postage and packaging on all re-orders will be charged at the following rates: uk small item, recorded post: £5.00; uk box, next day delivery: £10.00

RETURNS

1. 1. Please inspect the order to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods. It is your responsibility to check the goods upon receiving the delivery.
2. 2. Only faulty goods may be returned. You must inform us within 14 days of receipt of defected or damaged goods and obtain an order returns number, otherwise they cannot be accepted.
3. 3. All returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging, otherwise they cannot be accepted.
4. 4. Returned goods must be sent via recorded delivery as they remain your responsibility until signed for.

RIGHTS: NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL AFFECT YOUR LEGAL STATUTORY RIGHTS.
