The DARCY BROWN brand and www.darcybrown.co.uk are owned by Firehorse (Clothing) Ltd, The Dutch Barn, Elm Tree Park, Marlborough SN8 1PS. Registered VAT number: 945301732, Company Number 06780825. The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Firehorse (Clothing) Ltd, when you buy and item from www.darcybrown.co.uk. The terms do not affect your statutory right.

How to order

You can either buy DARCY BROWN clothes online at www.darcybrown.co.uk or by calling us direct on: 01672 838069 for our excellent personal service and next day delivery.,

All prices on darcybrown.co.uk are correct at the time of entering the information; however we do reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

Stock availability is shown next to every product. However stock changes all the time and should we be out of stock after you have placed the order, we will contact you and let you know alternatives or when the stock will next be in.

Promotional offers cannot be used on sale items unless specified.

All orders are subject to stock availability, credit card authorisation and acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Delivery

Allow 2-4 working days for delivery, although we do offer a next day delivery service if you place your order before 2pm on Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Saturday and Sunday will take around a minimum of 3 working days to dispatch. The delivery period stated is approximate only.

We send all of our items via ‘First Class signed-for’ delivery, so a signature will be required on receipt. We will only charge one lot of postage per order - however many parcels it involves.

In the unlikely event that your order has not reached you within 1 week, please contact us immediately.

Free Standard Delivery: on all orders over £50.

* Next day delivery is not guaranteed to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and parts of Scotland, the Highlands and Isles.

** Price for up to 4 items. Delivery quotes will be given thereafter.

Overseas Delivery

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and tax which are imposed once the shipment arrives in your country. This is your responsibility. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return your DARCY BROWN order back to us in its original condition, with a proof of purchase within 28 days, for a full exchange or refund.


All sale items need to be returned within 14 days for exchange only.

How do I return an Order?

Simply email us at sales@darcybrown.co.uk, or phone us on 01672 838069, clearly stating your order number and which item you would like to return and if you would like to exchange it, for what item.

Please include, with the returned items, proof of purchase, your full contact details and a note stating the reason for return and specify whether you would like a refund or to exchange the item.

Please ensure a Sender’s Address is clearly visible on the package and obtain proof of postage. Unfortunately we cannot refund you the postage costs but we will send any replacement free of charge. Packages with no postage will not be accepted.

Changing or Canceling and Order

If you wish to change or cancel your order after it has been processed, contact us as soon as possible: email sales@darcybrown.co.uk, or call 01672 838069 and clearly state your Order Number and which items you would like to change or cancel. (If your order has been processed in our warehouse or been dispatched we will be unable to process a refund or exchange until we receive the parcel back.) 

How do I return something bought as a present? Or from a DARCY BROWN stockist?

We cannot accept returns without proof of purchase or from any of our many stockists. Any DARCY BROWN product bought from any of the independent shops that we supply must be returned direct to that shop. Please note that their terms and conditions may be different to ours.

Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate and rare event of you receiving DARCY BROWN product that are not what you ordered or are faulty, please accept our apologies, and contact us at sales@darcybrown.co.uk, or phone us on 01672 838069, clearly stating your Order Number, which item you would like to return and what the issue is. We will ask you to send the item back to us and once received; we will refund the postage and send you a replacement.

Washcare Advice

We recommend that all DARCY BROWN products are washed at 30C to ensure the best possible quality, as we often use delicate materials or embroidery.

Our winter knitwear is a 80:20 mix of wool and acrylic which we use for maximum softness, minimum shrinkage and being machine washable at 30°C.

Privacy

We will use your email address to keep you up to date with all the great offers and news from DARCY BROWN. If you sign up to receive our newsletter, we will send you out the latest offers and news on clearance sales that you can attend.

We only use your date for our purposes and we do not share your information with other organisations and businesses.
